Is Nitrogen Safe?

  • For hundreds of years, nitrogen gas has been used in beverages. It´s the same stuff you´ll find in some of your favourite beers. The gas is completely safe to consume and a better option than carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide gas is used in most drinks, resulting in larger bubbles characteristic of soda and regular beers.

How Long Does The Cold Brew Last?

    • As long as the cold brew is kept at proper cold holding temperatures, it will retain its freshness for 90 days, after which you will see a decline in quality.

What is the difference between a Fridge vs Benchtop Kegerator?

      • Size: The Benchtop Kegerator is drastically smaller and can be placed on a benchtop. We will provide Bladder bags as these can be stored behind the machine.

      • Unlike other nitro systems this type of bench top nitro unit sucks nitrogen out of the air and infuses this into the beverage. The system also chills the beverage too so all you need to do is fill the supplied tank with your nitro cold brew or cocktail mix and dispense directly to tap. It's literally that easy. No more annoying cylinders. Just hook it up and turn it on. The machine cools down in 15min and you will be pouring cold nitro stout with creamy cascading effect.

Why is the Benchtop Kegerator More Expensive?

        • The cost of the benchtop kegerator is almost 3 times the price when Barista Cold Brew purchases it.
